Step 1
CONTACT
Our 'Priority List' is a list of customers who want to buy Dexter Beef when it is next available.
This list renews every time we sell an animal ie every 4-6 weeks. You must re-add yourself to our list each time you need more Dexter Beef.

Simply send us a message preferably with your WhatsApp number or email address and we will add your name to our next 'Priority List'. See the link below to email us.
When we next have beef available you will get a list of selections to choose from.
Step 2.
CHOOSE
Once the batch of beef is ready, you’ll receive a list of available selections and prices. Our selections include a variety of cuts and are in high demand. We sell out quickly and orders are taken on a first come, first served basis—be quick!
Step 3.
COLLECT
Orders are collected direct from our farm just 10 minutes from Newtownards and Bangor. We offer convenient collection slots. Your Dexter Beef Selection will be packed and blast frozen.
We are registered with Environmental Health and are proud to hold a 5 star hygiene rating.
Step 4.
CELEBRATE
Enjoy premium, 100% pasture fed Ballyboley Dexter beef packed with flavour and traceable directly back to our farm with Pasture For Life TRACKS ID and Pedigree registration. Remember to contact us again when you need a top up!
